Trinity College Dublin’s School of Pharmacy welcomed colleagues from the pharmaceutical industry this December to celebrate outstanding academic achievements. TCD Pharmacy students were awarded for their performance in the M.Pharm Degree course.
Solvotrin Therapeutics sponsored the Junior Fresh Pharmacy Prize that was presented by Pat O’Flynn, CEO Solvotrin Therapeutics, to winner Jemima Turner on the night. Turner attained the highest overall mark in the Junior Fresh Year.
Solvotrin Therapeutics developed the ground-breaking iron product Active Iron with scientists at Trinity College Dublin. The new technology uses a unique iron-whey protein complex to ensure iron is released in the small intestines, where it is most readily absorbed.
